Evan is CEO of EverHealth, EverCommerce’s vertical serving healthcare customers,
where he leads the strategy, operations, and overall growth of the business. With over 15 years of operational leadership experience, Evan has a proven track record of scaling businesses, streamlining operations, and fostering organizational success.
Before his role as CEO of EverHealth, Evan served as Chief Operating Officer at EverCommerce, where he was instrumental in implementing corporate strategies across multiple divisions. He also led operations and P&L management of the home services, health services, and payments product lines, supporting diligence and integration of acquisitions while restructuring teams to enhance scalability and efficiency. Prior to EverCommerce, Evan held leadership roles at PaySimple and CEB (now Gartner), honing his expertise in operational excellence and team development.
Evan is passionate about empowering the hundreds of thousands of small businesses EverHealth supports, helping them thrive in today’s fast-evolving healthcare landscape.
He holds a B.S. in Business Administration from the University of Colorado, Leeds School of Business.

Chidhi is the Chief Technology Officer for EverHealth, leading product and technology strategy to build and scale enterprise-grade healthcare software platforms, translating complex healthcare workflows into secure, scalable, cloud- and AI-enabled solutions. He drives end-to-end customer innovation to streamline day-to-day healthcare practice operations and improve patient and provider outcomes.
Chidhi has over 20 years of engineering and product development experience across healthcare, life sciences, product lifecycle management, and engineering software domains. He previously was Senior Vice President of Engineering at Verana Health, leading engineering teams responsible for data ingestion, curation, and applications that enabled insights from large-scale healthcare data for research and clinical quality improvements. Before Verana Health, Chidhi held senior leadership roles at Oracle, including Global Vice President of Product Development for the Health Sciences Business Unit.
He began his career as a mechanical engineer in India before transitioning into software engineering in the United States.
Chidhi holds a Master’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering from Tennessee State University.

Brian is Chief Revenue Officer at EverHealth, leading global revenue strategy in sales, marketing, customer success, and go-to-market execution. He brings more than 20 years of experience driving sustainable revenue growth in high-growth SaaS organizations.
Brian is responsible for scaling EverHealth’s revenue engine through high-velocity customer acquisition, customer-success-led growth, and cross-functional alignment. He builds and leads distributed teams, optimizing complex revenue models, and using data-driven strategies to increase retention, customer lifetime value, and long-term growth. At the core of his approach is developing strong leaders and fostering accountable, customer-centric teams.
Before EverHealth, Brian was Chief Operating Officer at TeamSnap, where he led revenue generation, marketing strategy, and business operations for a leading SaaS platform. He also held senior leadership roles at Intralinks, including EVP and Chief Customer & Operations Officer, overseeing global customer success, renewals, and operations, as well as senior sales leadership roles at Zmags, Oracle, and other high-growth technology companies.
Brian holds an MBA from Rivier University and a Bachelor of Science in Marketing from Plymouth State University.

Micah is Head of Operations at EverHealth, leading operational strategy and execution. He has over 25 years of leadership experience driving growth and transformation in start-up and established brick-and-mortar healthcare and healthcare technology organizations.
Since joining EverCommerce through the MDTech acquisition, Micah has built EverHealth’s central Operations organization from the ground up. He created new capabilities, including General Operations, Systems Operations, Training & Enablement, Project Management Office, Compliance, and Enterprise Excellence. Micah also leads Revenue Cycle Management and Clearinghouse Services.
He previously was President of Updox Solution Group and led EverHealth’s Service Delivery (Onboarding & Implementation, Support, Success, Account Management). This broad scope makes him a leader capable of driving excellence across business functions.
Before EverCommerce, Micah held executive roles including Chief Operating Officer at MDTech and CEO roles at Nobilis Health (Vein & Vascular Division), Hamilton Vascular Clinic, and Joycare Pediatric Day Health Center.
Micah is a certified Project Management Professional (PMP) with a Bachelor of Science in Molecular Biology from The University of Texas at Austin.

Ashley is Chief of Staff to Evan Berlin, CEO of EverHealth. She partners with leadership to align priorities, execute cross-functionally, and scale the organization. She brings strategic thinking, operational excellence, and financial rigor to high-growth businesses.
Ashley has over 15 years of leadership experience in finance, operations, and strategy. She is an integrator across the business—establishing operating rhythms, designing KPI and OKR frameworks, and aligning teams toward shared outcomes. Her work includes enterprise planning, AI and systems enablement, and leading growth, efficiency, and customer experience initiatives.
Before her current role, Ashley led FP&A and Financial Operations across EverCommerce, serving as a strategic finance partner to general managers and leadership teams. She led forecasting, budgeting, and P&L management, and built high-performing FP&A, driving systems and billing modernization efforts.
Before EverCommerce, she held finance leadership roles at Charlotte’s Web and Molson Coors, beginning her career at KPMG on complex audits and pre-IPO readiness.
Ashley helps organizations operate with clarity, discipline, and impact. She holds a Master’s and Bachelor’s degree in Accounting from the University of Denver.

In his role, Ashish shapes EverHealth’s long-term strategic direction, strengthening revenue-generating systems and processes, and scaling platforms for operational excellence and sustainable growth.
Prior to EverHealth, Ashish was Vice President of Strategy & Business Operations at SimplePractice, partnering with executive leadership to guide strategic planning and operational execution. Earlier, he held senior strategy and operations roles at Affirm and Rakuten, and spent nearly a decade at Kearney as a Principal, advising CEOs and senior executives in retail, consumer, and omnichannel businesses. He began his career in investment banking and technology consulting, with experience in healthcare operations and finance.
Ashish holds an MBA from the University of Virginia Darden School of Business.
